Bình Phước Province plans to repossess over 4,100 hectares of lands mostly from delayed projects for “national defence and socio-economic development,” its People’s Council has said in a resolution.
The Mekong Delta province of Tra Vinh is resolved to revoke licences of delayed projects, while rolling out measures to attract more investment in the locality.
The People’s Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province on Monday warned that certificates granted to delayed projects would likely be withdrawn if their investors fail to seek solutions to continue implementing them.
